Initial proposal withdraw

Originally I wanted to build a CMS with information from recent rallies in Venezuela. However, after discussing with Sue there are so many technical factors to be consider, such as encryption and protect citizen identities, that for the time given for the project and my lack of skills in those back end coding, it seems that this is not going to be possible to achieve.

So I was thinking about scarcity problem in my country of goods such as food and medicine, but after an analysis of the problem the site will not solve this problem, as it seems that the Government policies are limiting the production capacities of the industry.  However, during my analysis I was looking to websites as Freecycle and Freegle, in order to allow people from Venezuela to give their goods to those who need it, but due to the criminality problem in Venezuela people are not willing to share address or even arrange meeting points for the delivery of the goods.

I can see that it can be difficult to apply this solutions in my country, but one thing I notice that those sites are poor in UX Design and aesthetics. They don’t look modern.   After looking to both sites, I decide to redesign freegle.org, because is a local organisation (UK) and after this I can offer them this Wordpress/Joompla template for free for them  to use.
