The icons used in the following list are not easy to understand, they show the process, however I considere that they are not straight forward, not very intuitive. The menu at the right hand of the list including the dropdown are not very consistency in their appearance, and again I cannot see that they are too user friendly.
I can see how hard it's to try to make this interface intuitive, I believe a hard work with user should do the job to find the best method.
I consider this side menu is clear, however they hide more options at the top, and that is quiet confusing.
I took these examples as the flow process for this are the same for my page in Freegle.
======================
The process to design My Freegle interfaces have been difficult. I tried different side menus.
NOTE THE side bar does not collapse for small screens NEED TO BE FIX
I can add a resume at the beginning so people can manage their freegle, for example this Tesco Page. Me message box it's a nice way to guide the user???

I don't want the page to look to cluttered. I want to design something bold and simple.
A simple interface, I'll explore more as there are different status to handle. I want the user to find a simple interface to manage their posts.

NOTE: PLACE this option at the end or place it in Profile
I think it doesn't look straight forward to use Item as a Link

Examples

They use tables to manage the posts. The button links where more straight forward to me rather that notice the right hand actions, but the fact that I need to select first it can be not that straight forward. Thinking about the user they don't need to handle a great quantity of item, the average is 3.

The expired ad would be place in this section to be renewed.

In Gumtree I can see the different stages they use
The ads are market as "Saved" with a star
